Despite the nasty storm that went through Michigan, several of our members spent time with the Sleepy Hollow Trail Riders at Sleepy Hollow State park. What a fun group and we so appreciate them inviting us to their Ride & Drives.
 I enjoyed making everyone breakfast and I took my camping kitty with us; I think there must be cat nip in the hay because he sure enjoyed playing in it and dragging sawdust and hay through my camper as he raced back and forth...cheap entertainment.
 Monday morning turned out beautiful and Kim & Melody Moore allowed me to tag along with them for a beautiful ride down to the bridge and around the island. I was surprised how fast the mud was drying up.
Remember we are invited back for their Labor Day 2019 ride and drive, too.
